Our story

Built in a customer's driveway. Not a software office.

I'm Andrew. I run Maverick RV Repair out of Brevard County, Florida — slide-outs, A/C swaps, water heaters, the works. Eleven years in the trade. Every day I drove to a campground or a driveway, fixed something, billed for it, and tried to keep the business from eating itself.

The tools didn't fit. Shopmonkey was built for brick-and- mortar auto shops. Jobber was built for lawn care. Generic FSMs didn't know what a Dometic relay was. None of them showed me Meyer had it cheaper than NTP-STAG. I was paying for software that didn't know my trade — and patching the gaps with spreadsheets, Word docs, and four browser tabs.

So I built the tool I needed. Wrenchable is what comes out of 14-hour days fixing rigs, not a venture office in Brooklyn. Every screen earns its place by saving me time on a real job. Common questions

Stuff techs ask before they sign up

Can I bring my data over from Shopmonkey / Jobber / spreadsheets?

Yes. We've got a Shopmonkey importer working today (jobs, customers, vehicles). Jobber + Markate are next. Spreadsheets we'll hand-walk you through during the free trial — email support@wrenchable.io with what you have and we'll line it up.

How does parts pricing actually work? Is it stale CSVs?

No. We wired Meyer's live API + Keystone's catalog + Lippert + Dometic's product database. When you search a part, we ping their endpoints in real-time — that's why we can say "$11.92 in Orlando, in stock right now." The CSV approach the rest of the industry takes is two days behind reality on a good day.

Do you really charge 0% platform fee on customer payments?

Yes. Stripe Connect handles the rails, their card fee is the only deduction (2.9% + 30¢ on cards, 0.8% on ACH capped at $5). Wrenchable takes nothing on top. The shop tools that charge "$0/mo + 1% per transaction" make this number disappear when you sit down with a calculator. We just don't.

What if I run multiple businesses or locations?

Multi-workspace is built-in from day one. Each business gets its own workspace with its own customers, jobs, parts, and books. Switch between them from the drawer in two taps. One account, N workspaces, no extra fee per workspace.

I'm not in Florida — does the tax stuff work for me?

Yes. Florida gets DR-15 line-by-line because that's where the founder operates and it's the form we know cold. Other states use configurable defaults you set up during onboarding. Your CPA will recognize the numbers; the form pre-fill comes once we have enough tenants in your state to justify hand-coding it. Email us if you want to be the first one in your state.

What about an app for my phone?

The web app works on phones today — it's a PWA, you can pin it to your home screen. Native iOS + Android apps via Capacitor are in TestFlight now; full App Store ships when it's actually better than the web version, not before.

How much is this and what's the catch?
